Pacific Coast Sign Supply® offers an open account to approved businesses. We encourage all of our customers to apply for credit, regardless of their method of payment. That way we may ship and communicate with you effortlessly.

CREDIT TERMS

Terms are net thirty (30) from date of invoice, with credit approval. Any balance not paid within sixty (60) days will be assessed a finance charge of 1.5% monthly. This is an annual rate of 18%. Accounts with balances 60 days past due will be placed on COD until the account is made current. A charge of $30 will be assessed for all checks returned due to insufficient funds.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on orders over $50 within the Portland Metro area. Most orders received by 2 pm ship the same day with shipping charges added to the invoice. Pacific Coast Sign Supply® is committed to reusing packaging and shipping materials wherever possible to produce less waste, use fewer resources, and protect the environment.

RETURNS

Returns in resellable condition are accepted within thirty days.  Custom cut products are not returnable.
